Reservation Info

AVS operates a seasonal schedule, providing service from May through August. Regular service resumes May, 2007.

48 hours Advance Notice is REQUIRED for all reservations. If your flight is delayed and you miss your reservation, you must contact AVS  as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate you on the next available run. 

If you have a Confirmed Reservation, we will run to the Airport or Valley as specified. A scheduled run will NOT be made in the event there are no confirmed passengers.

Airport Arrivals

After purchasing your tickets at the Anchorage Airport, proceed to the ground level. Our AVS driver will be expecting you if you have made the required Reservation 48-hours in advance.  If you  do not have a Reservation, it is not guaranteed that the bus will be running upon your arrival, and passengers with confirmed reservations will have priority for  available seats. 

If you have checked luggage allow at least 45 minutes between your flight arrival and shuttle departure. If you have carry-on luggage only, you should allow at least 20 minutes between your flight arrival and shuttle departure.

Airport Departures

For Departure Reservations, please call no later than 48 hours prior to your flight. Domestic flights require passengers to arrive 1-hour prior to flight departure. International flights require passengers to arrive 2-hours prior to flight departure. Please inform our Reservationist of any international flight in order to schedule an earlier pick-up time.
